Return and Refund Policy Effective Date: 12th April 2025

At Global Pipe Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted and how they are processed.

• Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• To qualify for a return, items must:
  
  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

To initiate a return:

• Follow the instructions provided by our team to send the item back.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

• Exchanges are available for eligible items if requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• Follow the return process to initiate an exchange request.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to an error or defect.
• In case of defective or incorrect items, Global Pipe Solutions will cover the shipping fees for the return.

If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days to resolve the issue promptly.
